Most coin orders are handled quickly after payment confirmation. If there is queue pressure, updates are posted in Discord and we prioritize transparency.
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Undeliverable coin orders, listings that were misrepresented, or items we can't fulfill are eligible. Once a coin order has begun delivery or an account has been transferred, refunds aren't possible - open a Discord ticket if you have questions about a specific order.

We host an anonymous fork of SkyCrypt (HiddenCrypt by Cerulean) at sky.ceruleanscripts.xyz so you can verify a listing's stats without revealing the seller's IGN or UUID. This protects sellers from being targeted before a sale completes.
One license is bound to one main account, but you can purchase additional "alt slots" from the storefront to link extra Minecraft accounts to the same license through your member dashboard. Alt slots are also occasionally bundled into promotional license keys. That said, you will be blocked if you try to run Cerulean on 2 separate HWIDs.
